Product characteristic

Operation process
1. When mineral processing, firstly, filled the separation cavity with water, open the pulsating equipment, then feeding the raw ore from the feed box.
2. The magnetic particle in the separation cavity separate from the non-magnetic particle by the different magnetic force, pulsating fluid force and gravity which those particles are acted on.
3. The magnetic particles are absorbed on the magnetic media, the nonmagnetic particle will discharge from the iron discharge. several minutes later, magnetic cutting, then flushing the magnetic particle from the magnetic media.
Application scope
It is used to purify the non-metallic minerals and separate the low intensity magnetic minerals. The non-metallic minerals includes quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite,spodumene,kaolin. The low intensity magnetic minerals includes hematite, wolframite and tantalum-niobium ores.
