The mineral processing production line produced by Zhongtai is mainly composed of ball grinding mill, jaw crusher, megnetic seperator, classifier, floatation machine, dryer, thickener and others.

The raw ore is crushed by jaw crusher to some reasonable granularity, then sent uniformly into ball grinding mill by the elevator and feeder.After the smashing and grinding, the ore fine material will be have a classification by the spiral classifier according to the different specific gravities of different solid particles, then the classificated mineral mixture will be send to the magnetic separator to have a process, because of the than susceptibility different, then the magnetic material will be separated.  Then the mineral grains sent into the floatation machine.then, the wet concentrate becomes appear. By the concentration of the concentrator, and the dryer, then the clients will get the dry mineral materials.
