Automatic Water-cooling Eletromagnetic Slurry Separator is a new model of separator with high efficiency. The machine cools itself by deionized water circulating in the hollow copper pipe through circulating pump.
Owing to the special structure,Water-cooling Eletromagnetic Slurry Separator have the following advantages: high intensity magnetic field; the temperature inside of the machine rises slowly, the magnetic field intensity are not easy to decrease when the machine run for a long time; long working period, have a wide range of adaption in the particle of feeding ore and the thickness of slurry; high efficiency in mineral processing; easy to manual and maintain.

 

 

Operation process


Firstly, power on, then open the admission valve and slurry valve, close the return slurry valve and iron discharging valve, then magnetizing. After a few minutes later(you can set the time whatever you like depending on yourself condition),close the admission valve and slurry valve, open the back slurry valve to discharge the remaining slurry in the separator, then magnetic cutting, close the admission valve, slurry valve and back slurry valve, open the iron discharging valve to discharge the magnetic material which are absorbed on the magnetic media.
 

 

Application scope


Automatic Water-cooling Eletromagnetic Slurry Separator Series: It is used for purifying the non-metallic mineral such as quartz, feldspar and kaolin.
Ferrous metals mineral: hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, polianite.
Non-ferrous metals mineral: used for separating wolframite from pyrope

Description

 

1. Work magnetic source using high magnetic energy product and dielectric materials with high gradient, high field intensity, big gradient, strong magnetic force.

Uniform distribution, the density of soft magnetic medium has greatly increased the capture probability of ferromagnetic impurities in pulp.

Due to the resistance of dielectric materials can make the iron slurry is longer than the time slowly through the magnetic field in a row, effectively remove of strong magnetic impurities and part of the weak magnetic iron oxide and titanium oxide, improve product whiteness, in order to achieve the ideal effect of iron removal.

2. PLC control, continuous work, automatically remove iron, automatic cleaning, cleaning time and cycle are adjustable, high reliability, long service life.

3. High intensity magnetic iron absorption, demagnetization wash, iron clean, less water, can remove working medium inspection, cleaning, effectively avoid cross effects of different size.
